Important Reminder: Check Due November 18, 2024 To continue your participation, please remember to send in your check for the SPE Program to the Foundation by November 18, 2024. If you need to adjust your participation level (increase or decrease your contribution, change your allocation, update contact information, or withdraw), simply respond to this email.
Next Steps 1. **Prepare Your Check** Write your check for the amount you are redirecting and make it payable to **Catholic Education 20**.
2. Complete the Allocation Form Use the attached School Allocation Form to designate where your contribution goes.
3. Submit Required Tax Information If you haven’t already, include your SSN for tax purposes with your check, or wait for someone from the Foundation to reach out.
4. Mail Everything to the Foundation Send your check, Allocation Form, and signed Joinder Agreement to:
