Catholic Schools Week is an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. Now entering its 48th anniversary year, CSW has traditionally been held beginning on the last Sunday in January. Schools typically observe the week with Masses, assemblies and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members to celebrate.
This year’s theme is Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.

Below is this year's schedule of events!
Sunday, 1/30/22- Parish Appreciation Day
- Family Mass at 10:00 AM - All are welcome!
Monday, 1/31/22- Parent Appreciation Day
- Thank you for all you do for CTK!
- Students will participate in a CTK Trivia Scavenger Hunt!
Tuesday, 2/1/22- Community Appreciation
- Students will write letters to various people/volunteers in the community and
school.
-Crazy Hat Day- Students may wear a fun or crazy hat to school.
Wednesday, 2/2/22- Student Appreciation Day
- Mini pretzel treat at snack time
- Children may dress down in blue and gold to show school spirit. We will have a
contest for the most school spirit.
- Students will participate in "Name that Tune" over the loudspeaker.
Thursday, 2/3/22- School Appreciation Day.
- Students will receive a treat from our Student Council.
- Dress like a Teacher: Children may choose to dress like one of the teachers (or
principal) at CTK. Children should get the okay from the teacher they would like to
dress as. Remember, this should be done in a school appropriate, respectful way.
Students may wear their gym uniform if they do not wish to dress like a teacher.
- Teacher Swap- 11:00 AM.
Friday, 2/4/22- Teacher Appreciation.
- Mass at 11:00 AM
- Guess the Teacher Activity- Children will view the teacher created t-shirts and try to
guess who designed each one.
- Teacher Show and Guess- Teachers will bring in a special item and the students will
guess which item belongs to each teacher.
