Catholic Schools Week is an annual celebration of Catholic education in the United States. Now entering its 48th anniversary year, CSW has traditionally been held beginning on the last Sunday in January. Schools typically observe the week with Masses, assemblies and other activities for students, families, parishioners and community members to celebrate.
This year’s theme is Catholic Schools: Faith. Excellence. Service.

Sunday, January 29-Friday, February 3, 2023.
Below is this year's schedule of events!
Sunday, 1/29/23- Parish Appreciation Day
- Family Mass at 10:00 AM - All are welcome!
- Book Fair open in the Library after Mass.
Monday, 1/30/23- Parent Appreciation Day
- Thank you for all you do for CTK!
- Color Dress Down Day- Each classroom will wear their assigned color.
- Classrooms will decorate their door with characters in their color.
- PENNY WARS Begins!
- SOUP-ER BOWL soup can collection begins.
Tuesday, 1/31/23- Community Appreciation
- Students will write letters to various people/volunteers in the community and
school.
- Sports Dress Down- wear your favorite sports team.
- Roller Skate Night- Philly Skate Plex- 6:00-8:30 PM
Wednesday, 2/1/23- Student Appreciation Day
- Mini pretzel treat at snack time
- Dress Like A Teacher- Children may choose to dress like one of the teachers, staff,
or principal at CTK. Children should get the okay from the teacher they would like to
dress as. Remember this should be doen in a school appropriate, respectful way.
Students may wear their gym uniform if they do not wish to dress like a teacher.
- Religion Bee- Upper Floor
- OPEN HOUSE- 5:30-7:30 PM (Book Fair will be open)
Thursday, 2/2/23- School Appreciation Day.
- Students will receive a treat from our Student Council.
- Spirit Day Dress Down- Students may dress down in Blue and Gold.
- Religion Bee- Lower Floor
- Teacher Swap- 11:00 AM.
Friday, 2/3/23- Teacher Appreciation.
- Mass at 11:00 AM
- FULL UNIFORM must be worn.
- Pictionary Game
