Book Report Template (worth 50 points) and the Book Report Paper (worth 50 points) 

are due the first day back to school.  

• The Book Report Paper is a full summary of the book.  Use the book report template

 that you filled out during your reading. 

• The Test (worth 100 points) on the summer reading will be given the first Friday of 

           school.

Points will be deducted for lateness.  5 points per day.
